You’ve patiently waited and now it’s here!
Please read the following information carefully. Once you have planned your travel please update the “travel” section of your profile!

There is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Make sure you’re on the right one!!
When you arrive at the hotel, you will receive your room assignment at registration.
We are booking your rooms for you.
ARRIVAL DETAILS:
Arrive in Atlanta on September 11, 2021. Registration will take place from 4:00-5:30 PM EST.
Again – You do NOT have to book your own room. We’ve got that covered!
If you are flying in:
Please book flights that arrive into Atlanta no later than 3:00 PM. If your parents are attending Parent Launch, their event starts at 1:00 pm at the hotel.
Please note: If you arrive early, we ask that you remain at the airport until 2:00 PM. If you are coming in on the 10th for Parent launch, please stay in your parents hotel room until registration begins.
If you are driving in:
Please plan to arrive to the hotel no later than 4:00 PM. If your parents are attending Parent Launch, their event starts at 1:00 pm at the hotel.
Upon arrival, you should report directly to the Lanier Conference Room. Please DO NOT visit the front desk and ask if your room is ready.
If you must arrive early, the Lanier Conference Room will be set up for baggage storage beginning at 1:00 PM. If you are coming in on the 10th for Parent launch, please stay in your parents hotel room until registration begins.
Please note: The Lanier Conference Room will not be staffed and leaving your bags there will be at your discretion.
Please bring your passport, Yellow Fever card (if applicable), and COVID vaccination card (if applicable) to registration.
Dinner WILL be provided.
If you have any conflicts with arrival times, contact your advisor before booking any travel.
After beginning in Atlanta on September 11-12, we will transport you back to the Adventures in Missions campus for the remainder of your launch and training!
Parent Launch Information
Your parents, should they choose to come to launch, will also be staying at the Hilton but they will need to book their own accommodations.
Parent Launch begins at 1 pm on September 11 and ends with lunch on September 12. An official invitation, with registration link and discounted hotel rate, will be sent to them in the next few weeks.

* Please note: We are unable to receive mail or packages that get sent to the hotel. With that being said, it is NOT an option to mail letters or packages to yourself or staff there.
